Man shoots only son over marriage row

A man shot dead his only son over a marriage row in Karachi’s Kashmir Colony on Friday.

According to the mother of the deceased, her son was preparing for his Nikah ceremony, which was scheduled two days later. On Friday, he had an argument with his father, a retired policeman, over his marriage. As the two indulged in a heated argument, the father picked his pistol and shot his son dead.
