Lawyer moves court against 15 SHOs in Lahore

A lawyer moved the court of Sessions Judge Sajjad Hussain against 15 station house officers of the provincial capital Lahore, 24 NewsHD TV Channel reported on Thursday.
A lawyer, Babar Ali, moved the court alleging that 15 SHOs were releasing crime suspects from the police station on bail papers bearing signature of magistrates. The court summoned the officers and the magistrates with the record on June 30.
Babar contended that the released included the accused of unbailable offences. The SHOs of Civil Line, Manawan, Batapur, Mughalpura, Hadayara, Bagbanpura, North Cantt, Shalimar, Defence Area A, Defence Area B, Barki, Mustafabad, Harbanspura, Gujjarpura and Hair are on the list the lawyer submitted to the court.
