SC fixes date for hearing case against targeted killings of Hazaras

The Supreme Court on Friday fixed the date of hearing the suo motu case against targeted killings of Hazara community, reported 24News HD TV channel.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed will hear the case on September 30. The three-member bench is comprised of Justice Mazhar Alam and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar other than the CJ. Notices have been issued to Chief Secretary Balochistan, IG Balochistan, and Home Secretary in this regard. Notices were also issued to Advocate General Balochistan, Defense Ministry secretary, and others.
