TikTok-crazy driver slapped with heavy fine on Motorway

The craze and trend of making TikTok videos and uploading them on the social media platforms sees no abating even as the TikTok zealots continue risking their lives for the fun of uploading dangerous tricks they perform for the netizen community, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Motorway police confronted one such crazy youth on Motorway-3 who violated the traffic rules while making TikTok video on Tuesday.
A man along with his friends was showing his dangerous car driving stunts on Lahore-Multan Motorway and his friends were recording him for the TikTok video.
The Motorway police monitoring his stunts sprang into action immediately. They chased his car and asked him to pull over. They fined the driver on charges of failing to produce driving licence, rash driving, creating obstruction in the smooth flow of traffic and lane violations.
Two weeks ago, a 10-year-old boy died after a pistol accidentally went off while shooting a TikTok video in Hafizabad. The boy allegedly fired at himself with a real pistol, killing himself on the spot.
The parents termed the incident an accident and refused to take legal action and the hospital administration handed over the body to them after due process.
The incidence of deaths due to the adoption of new ways of making videos for social media through TikTok could not be reduced, the passion for making videos in a unique way took another life.
In a separate incident, earlier this year, a teenager was hit and killed by a train in Lahore while being filmed walking along the railway track for a TikTok stunt.
