Senator Shibli Faraz, federal information for information and broadcasting, said on Sunday that India, Israel and the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) were the enemies of Pakistan.

Responding to PDM leaders’ anti-government speeches at the Quetta public meeting, Shibli said that a group of thieves had arrived in Balochistan, but nobody would be allowed to spread chaos in the country. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would not spare the looters and those who committed financial terrorism against Pakistan.

Speaking on the occasion, the information minister strongly condemned the French government’s blasphemous actions and said that every Muslim was ready to sacrifice his life to protect the sanctity of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He said that PDM’s public meetings were an attempt to sabotage the protests planned against the French government’s blasphemous actions.

Referring to the questions asked by former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to the civil and military leadership of Pakistan, Shibli said that PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz did not answer even a single question in four years. He said that Maryam was a convict and she didn’t have the right to ask questions to anyone. He declared PML-N leaders Ayaz Sadiq and Saad Rafique pitiable.

Referring to PDM leaders’ claims that they are working for people, Shibli said that leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) looted the national wealth. He said the PPP leadership should tell the nation about the $65 million Surrey Palace and PML-N patron Nawaz should tell how he purchased the London flats and how he transferred the looted wealth from Pakistan to United Kingdom. He said the PTI government would take action against Nawaz and others. Responding to PML-N leaders’ claims about serving Pakistan, Shibli asked, “Why didn’t you make your country like England?”

The information minister said that Nawaz attacked the Pakistan Army from the foreign land. He said the Pakistan Army had sacrificed thousands of soldiers in the war on terror.

Referring to PDM leader Awais Noorani’s speech, Shibli said he raised the slogan of free Balochistan and this was a violation of the constitution of Pakistan. He said that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was a source of entertainment in the Pakistani politics.

Talking about the performance of the incumbent PTI government, Shibli said the government was moving in the right direction and strengthening the national institutions. He said the ruling PTI would free the country from thieves.
