Industrialist Mehtab Chawla passes away due to coronavirus

Renowned industrialist Mehtab Uddin Chawla passed away on Sunday after contracting coronavirus, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Mehtab Chawla was the chairman of Al Karam Towel Industries. He established the Alkaram Towel Industries (AKTI) in 1986 as a specialized manufacturer of towel and related products.
FPCCI leader Mian Zahid said that Mehtab Chawla had contracted the virus a few days ago. “He had been under treatment at a private hospital,” he added.
In one of his interviews, Mehtab Chawla said, “Following the Chinese model industrialization and financial growth could be achieved in Pakistan too.”
