One lucky boy of Pakistan while watching his parents’ wedding video, would never cry and say why you didn’t take me there.
Why? Because he is going to watch himself in the walima video of his parents.
Hard to say it but it all happened due to the coronavirus – a harmless side-effect perhaps.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, Rayan Rauf Sheikh got married to Anmol and their walima was recently held in Hafizabad and the pictures in which the bride was holding her little boy was making rounds on social media.
They both married on March 14, 2020 and the next day when the walima ceremony was scheduled for the night, the government clamped a coronavirus lockdown in the morning.
So their walima could not take place.
They now got the chance to complete their marriage rituals by arranging the walima and invited relatives to it on Thursday last. They both appeared at the ceremony with their two-month-old son.
One comment that gathered support was: “When your walima gets postponed because of covid next time you bring your son to it.”
