IHC orders strict action if sit-in being staged on Srinagar Highway

Islamabad High Court Saturday ordered the administration to take strict action against the violators of no-objection certificate (NOC), ahead of the potential sit-in at Srinagar Highway, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Chief Justice Athar Minallah has issued orders over the Islamabad administration's plea.

IHC ordered the administration to take strict action against the violators, irrespective of their status. IHC Chief Justice remarked that no one is above the law.

Political parties and leaders are bound to abide by the law, added Chief Justice Athar Minallah.
