ANF recovers drugs from Qatar-bound passenger’s stomach

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Thursday foiled a bid to smuggle ice drug out of the country, at Islamabad International Airport and arrested a trafficker, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A case has been registered against the accused named Ejaz with ANF Police Station while further investigation was underway, an ANF spokesperson said.

The passenger was trying to smuggle the ice drug packed in 104 capsules stored inside his stomach to Qatar.

The ANF recovered 800-gram ice drug from the smuggler who wanted to travel to Qatar on flight QR-633.
