Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Judge Muhammad Arshad Javed Thursday issued a 'Robkar' [order of the court] for the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Khadija Shah in the Jinnah House and Askari Tower attack cases.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Khadija Shah's release order was issued after depositing a total of a cash amount of Rs1.4 million of four bail bonds in the bank.
The channel reported that Khadija Shah's husband deposited an amount of one million rupees in two bail bonds in the Askari Tower attack case and 0.4 million rupees in two bail bonds in the Jinnah House attack case separately.
Pertinent to mention here that Khadija Shah was granted bail by the Lahore High Court (LHC) in two cases, the Jinnah House case and the Askari Tower attack case and ordered the submission of bail bonds.
