Prime Minister Shehbaz has called the meeting of the National Security Committee (NSC) again, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Tuesday.

The meeting of the National Security Committee will be held on Wednesday (tomorrow) at 4pm at PM House.

The scheduled meeting has been postponed and the moot will take up PM House security issues tomorrow, the insiders said.

The military and civil leadership will participate in the meeting that will also take up flood and domestic issues, they maintained.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif termed the audio leaks of PM House a matter of honour of the state of Pakistan and announced forming an investigation committee to unearth the facts.

He said he has taken notice of it as a big question on this high-level security breach.

The PM said it was not an issue of honour for the premier of Pakistan but a matter of dignity of the state.

He added that the visitors from foreign countries would also feel uncomfortable if the conversations were bugged in the official places.

Such breaches of cyber secrecy were related to matters of respect for 220 million Pakistanis, the premier said, adding that the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz did not ask for any favour.
