Cop, two retailers held for fraudulently deducting BISP aid money

Two retailers and a policeman were held for deducting Rs3,000 to Rs4,000 from the aid money provided to deserving people under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) in Dadu, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The aid money was being slashed by the device holders with the connivance of a policeman.
Dadu police arrested two retailers and a policeman involved in the malpractice.
“No one, whether a policeman or any other person, will allowed to rob the deserving people of their rights,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Irfan Ali Samo said.
“A case has been registered against the two retailers and the policeman,” he added.
