PCB announces national team for ICC U-19 Women’s World Cup

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced national team for ICC U-19 Women's T20 World Cup, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
According to PCB, Komal Khan will be captain and Zoufishan will be vice-captain in national squad.
Alisa Mukhtiar, Areesha Ansari, Fatima Khan, Hania Ahmar, Maham Anis, Mahnur Zeb, Maimuna Khalid, Manahil, Quratul Ain, Rawil Farhan and Shahr Bano are part of the squad.
Taiba Imdad and Wasifa Hussain are also part of 15-member squad.
Reserve players include Fiza Fayyaz, Laiba Nasir, Manahil Javed, Rozeena Akram and Sania Rashid.
National team will participate in training camp at Hanif Muhammad High Performance Center in Karachi on December 31.
Training camp will continue till January 9. Team will leave Karachi for Malaysia via Dubai on January 10. According to the format of the tournament, there are four groups. Each group includes four teams.
Pakistan has been placed in Group B with England, Ireland and the United States.
The Pakistani team will play its first match against the United States on January 18. England will face Ireland on January 20 and Ireland on January 22. Pakistan's three matches will be played at the JCA Oval in Johor, Malaysia.
After the end of the group stage, three teams from each group will qualify for the Super 6. The 16-team tournament will be played in Malaysia from January 18 to February 2.
