Bill for GB interim province submitted to Senate Secretariat

Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), an ally of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government, Monday submitted a bill to the Senate Secretariat for making Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) a constitutional interim province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The bill was submitted to the Senate Secretariat by BAP senators including Kuhda Babar, Ahmed Khan, Naseebullah Bazai, and Prince Umer.
The bill reads that the GB will get representation in the Senate, National Assembly, Judicial Commission, and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
The bill also reads that the GB will get three seats in the National Assembly and four seats of women and technocrats in the Senate.
It also reads that the GB will also get a high court and a member to the ECP.
