11 Punjab parliamentarians suspended for using unparliamentary words

Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik Ahmed Khan has suspended the membership of 11 lawmakers for 15 days over under the rule 210.

The opposition lawmakers faced the music for creating a mess during the proceedings and using unparliamentary words against the Punjab chief minister.

According to a notification, the suspended members won’t be able to attend the session for two weeks. 

The suspended members include Shahbaz Ahmed, Muhammad Asif, Tayyab Rashid, Sheikh Imtiaz, Hafiz Farhat Abbas, Ejaz Shafi, Rana Aurangzeb, Shoaib Amir, Osama Gujjar and  Asad Abbas.
