Iraqi invents hospital bed to isolate coronavirus patients

These pictures show a purpose-built sealed hospital bed self-built by a resident of Iraq's southern city of Basra to isolate COVID-19 coronavirus disease patients, the scientific and medical efficacy of which has not yet been endorsed by Iraq's health ministry nor confirmed by AFP.
The sealed chamber bed reportedly includes air conditioning for ventilation, ultraviolet lamps for sterilisation, and a television set for entertainment.
As on Saturday, the global death toll from coronavirus has hit the marks of 617,084 with 28,376 deaths.
The US is leading the list of countries with 104,277 coronavirus cases followed by Italy with over 86,000 cases.
