Petrol price drops by Rs1 per litre

The federal government has announced a reduction in petrol prices by Rs1 per litre for the next fortnight, bringing the new rate to Rs254.63 per litre.

According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the revised fuel prices will take effect from March 29. However, the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) will remain unchanged.

This adjustment is part of the government’s regular review of petroleum product prices, influenced by global oil market trends and local economic conditions.
