Levies officer remains unscathed as blast targets his car in KP

A Levies official remained unscathed in a botched attempt to blow up his car in Jadba area of Torghar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. However, no loss of life was reported in the explosion, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Reportedly, some unknown miscreants planted a remote-controlled bomb on the route on which the car of Levies official Subedar Gulfaraz was to pass. But as soon as the car approached the place, the saboteurs carried out the remote-controlled blast which narrowly missed the target.
No loss of life was reported in the explosion.
Forces have surrounded the area and started a search operation.
