Maryam Nawaz to address PML-N convention in Kasur today

PML-N Senior Vice-President and Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz Sharif will visit Kasur District today where she will address a party convention, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Maryam Nawaz will leave her Jatiumra residence Wednesday noon and will head to Kasur’s suburban area of Khudian where she attend the PML-N organizational convention at Railway Station Ground.
The PML-N leader will hold an important meeting with the party’s local leaders in which political situation, candidates for upcoming elections and other issues will be discussed. She will also attend the meeting regarding party’s reorganization in Kasur.
Maryam will also preside over a review meeting of members of party’s local social media, youth wing and women wing.
PM’s Special Assistant on Defence Malik Ahmad Khan will be the host of the today’s convention.
Meanwhile, a tiger has been taken to the PML-N’s convention site in Khudian where the animal was caged.
Earlier the tiger was taken around the Khudian town by PML-N City President Rana Irshad Khan. A large number of people emerged to watch the PML-N election symbol.
