An Instant messaging app WhatsApp has announced to launch of a new feature for users expected to be released in future app updates in the coming months. This update will help users to report bugs directly to WhatsApp Support in case if they face any inconvenience.

As per Wabetainfo: “Sometimes, you may experience a problem when using a specific feature of WhatsApp, for example, when sending messages or you’re backing up your chat history on Google Drive and something wrong happens: in this case, a bug report may help WhatsApp diagnose the issue.”

WhatsApp Upcoming Update

Currently, users would be able to report bugs to WhatsApp Support by clicking "contact us," but the development team is currently working on a new section, dedicatedly to this feature, which will be included in an upcoming app update.

Report Bug in WhatsApp

In a future update, there will be a new row named "Report bug" under WhatsApp Settings. As the name implies, it may be employed to report bugs by including a statement and relevant screenshots. They are still unsure about the distinction between submitting a bug using this section and through "contact us." The possibility that a report submitted from this part may have a different priority makes reasonable, but they will have to wait till a later update to find out, according to Webetainfo.

Previous WhatsApp Update

WhatsApp recently rolled out another feature based on the official changelog. The new WhatsApp 22.18.75 update is about deleting messages sent within the past two days and twelve hours in all private and group chats.

As mentioned on Wabetainfo website, “The ability to delete messages for everyone for over 2 days and those redesigned images are available for all users today so be sure to update the app from the App Store to get the update.”

This feature was announced on Twitter 20 days ago, but it has rolled out just a few hours ago.

This update is called “New limit time – Delete for everyone”
