As many as 22 people were killed in three accidents reported from different parts of Punjab and Sindh on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
As many as 12 people lost their lives and 17 were injured when the bus they were travelling in overturned at Fateh Jang in Attock district after one of its tyres burst.
Rescue 1122 and Motorway Police personnel shifted the injured and the dead to Tehsil Hospital where the condition of several of them was stated to be critical.
The bus was reportedly travelling from Mianwali to Rawalpindi.
Earlier on Monday, wedding celebrations turned into a state of mourning after a van, carrying passengers who were returning from a wedding ceremony, collided with a tractor trolley, resulting in the deaths of seven passengers and injuries to 16 others in the Moro Qaumi Char Meal area of Kandiaro in Sindh.
Police sources confirmed that the victims belonged to the Tagar tribe.
Rescuers immediately reached the site and shifted 10 critically injured individuals to a hospital in Nawabshah.
However, the victims expressed frustration over the lack of medical facilities.
Ali Mohammad Hameed Tagar and Zaheer, sons of Mehar Din and Sharifan, were among the dead.
Similarly, three persons died and one was injured after a tractor trolley rammed into a motorcycle in Wazirabad.
The dead were identified as Abdur Rehman, Ahmad and Muhammad Sabir, while Tariq, who was injured in the incident, was shifted to the Civil Hospital, Wazirabad.
Rescue sources said the deceased were labourers, who were heading from Wazirabad to Gujrat.
One of the deceased was Sabir Ali, who belonged to Rajanpur, while the other Abdur Rehmand was from Wazirabad and the third one Ahmad was from a suburban village, Ali Nagar.
