Shan Maqsood 88 helps Multan Sultan post 175 against Quetta Gladiators

Multan Sultans posted a target of 175 for Quetta Gladiators in the 7th match of the seventh edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) at Karachi’s National Stadium on Monday.
Batting first, the Sultans of Multan have managed to post a fightable total. Thanks to Shan Masood for scoring blistering 88 runs off 58 balls. Followed by healthy contributions by Tim David who was unbeaten on 28 runs off 16 balls. Moreover, Sohaib Maqsood and Rilee Rossouw scored 21 runs each. Multan ended their innings scoring 174/4.
For the Quetta Gladiators, Mohammad Hasnain remained the most successful bowler as he finished his spell, bagging two wickets and conceded only 27 runs. James Faulkner took one wicket.
Earlier, Quetta Gladiators won the toss and elected to bowl first against Multan Sultans.
Multan Sultans of Mohammad Rizwan bagged two successive victory in PSL-7 so far. On the other hand, the gladiators’ Sarfraz Ahmed have managed to bag one victory, out of the two games, they played so far.
Yesterday, Lahore Qalandars had got the better of Karachi Kings by winning margin of six wickets in the 6th match on the back of blistering ton scored by Fakhar Zaman.
