Mohsen Naqvi said he has done as much as he could for the welfare of the police in one year.

Ownership of the project to build houses for the police should be taken by the respective police families, said Mohsin Naqvi.

“Taking ownership will not only improve the quality of construction of houses, but these houses will be completed in 6 to 8 months”, the CM said.

Apartments for the police are also being built in Qurban Lines and efforts are being made to complete them soon and hand them over to the families, Mohsen Naqvi said.

He said land has also been allotted to police stations across Punjab as many police stations were rented and many in tents.

“Now 40 new police stations are being built and the problem of allotment of land for police stations has been solved”, said Mohsen Naqvi.
