Attack on ex-CJ Qazi: Pakistan High Commission to move Scotland Yard; Attackers identifed

The Pakistan High Commission to the UK decided to file a case against the persons who attacked former CJ Qazi Faiz Isa's car in London.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, nine people will be charged. The diplomatic office will move the Scotland Yard for registration of the case.
During the attack on Qazi Faiz Isa, the vehicle of the Pakistan High Commission was also damaged.
The attackers of former chief justice Qazi Faiz Isa have been identified as Sadia and her husband Faheem – who are from Lahore and live in the UK – Shayan Ali, Sadaf Shayan Ali and Ayesha.
Earlier, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the attack and directed the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) to identify the culprits and register a first information report (FIR) against the attackers so that their passports and CNICs should be suspended immediately. He asked relevant officials to start the procedure for cancelling these persons’ citizenship.
Mohsin Naqvi said that he would forward the case of citizenship cancellation to the federal cabinet for approval. Yester-night, Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers carried out the attack and tried to smash its windowpanes.
