A Gilgit-bound flight of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) was delayed once against triggering an angry protest at the Islamabad International Airport on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PK-605 was due to take off for Gilgit at 09:00 am but it was delayed twice as the PIA administration changed the departure time again and again.

The passengers were told that at the moment plane was not available for the flight which resulted into a noisy protest by them.

The travellers complained that the flight has been delayed twice but the PIA administration has not provided any water, food or accommodation to the waiting passengers.
