Hanif Jalandhari calls on Pervaiz Elahi 

Wafaq-ul-Madaris Secretary General Qari Muhammad Hanif Jalandhari called on Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi at his residence here on Saturday. 

Acting Governor Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Government of Sri Lanka and the family of the slain person.

Provincial Minister for Minerals Hafiz Ammar Yasir, Rasikh Elahi, Dr AR Khalid, and Dr Rashid Siraj are also present at the meeting.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the Sialkot incident is an un-Islamic and inhumane act:

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was given a frame of Quranic verse and hadith prepared by Qari Hanif Jalandhari.

Qari Hanif Jalandhari also presented a translation of the Quran to Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi which was unanimously approved by the scholars of all schools of thought.
