Police constable killed in Pattoki

Police constable Waseem Shahzad was killed in the firing at Pattoki National Highway on Sunday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, he was posted at the Lahore Investigation Branch and was on his way home on a motorcycle from duty.
Near to the New Judicial Complex at the National Highway, three unknown persons in a car opened fire on him, resultantly, he died on the spot after receiving a bullet in his chest.
The police constable was a resident of the village Jagowala 4-chak on the outskirts of Pattoki district.
After the incident, the rescue team reached the spot and shifted the killed policeman’s dead body to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital.
