4 killed, 35 wounded as militants target bus carrying security personnel in Turbat

At least four people, including three security personnel, were martyred and 35 others wounded when militants targeted a bus carrying security personnel in the Turbat city in Balochistan on Saturday evening, 24NewsHD TV reported.
Police said the bus was targeted with a remote-controlled bomb and several injured including policemen were in a critical condition.
Serious Crime Wing Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Zohaib Mohsin and six members of his family were also among the injured. Police said the vehicle carrying Mohsin and his family was passing by when the explosion took place.
Meanwhile, President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi have strongly condemned terror attack in Turbat.
In a statement, President Zardari emphasized the need for strict action against enemies of peace in Balochistan. He hoped that security forces will not to allow these elements to succeed in their malicious designs. The President also vowed to eradicate terrorism from the country.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, in a statement, also condemned terror attack in Turbat and said that an attempt has been made to sabotage the peace in Balochistan.
He said those trying to disrupt law and order, are enemies of humanity and will not be allowed to succeed in their designs. Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed commitment to eradicate terrorism.
He prayed for the recovery of injured and for the departed soul. Meanwhile, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has condemned explosion in the suburbs of Turbat. Interior Minister has expressed regret over the loss of precious human lives in the blast.
In his message, Interior Minister Naqvi expressed his heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the families of the deceased. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Interior Minister said all of government sympathies are with the families of the deceased and the injured. Mohsin Naqvi said that beasts who target innocent people do not deserve to be called human being.
