PML-N President and NA Opposition Leader Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday said that the government spells disaster for the country as inflation is in double digits, masses waiting in queues for hours in Ramazan Bazaars, and real incomes having gone down, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

He said, “Almost three years into the term and the players of the cabinet are being reshuffled, as people are fed with hollow claims.”

MQM-P leader Dr Farooq Sattar said that if traders of Karachi refuse to give tax then what will happen as city’s Deputy Commissioners and policemen showing rude behavior with the traders.

Farooq Sattar said the coronavirus ratio is low in the port city Karachi and there should be more vaccination centers.

All Karachi Tajir Ittehad Chairman Atiq Mir thanked MQM-P leader Dr. Farooq Sattar who supported the traders in testing times.

Atiq Mir said Karachi feeds the whole country and the whole world considers it as an economic hub.

“Then what is the reason for lockdown during Eid days and the government announced the shop early, then the city will be closed. After this statement, there was a state of hysteria in the market and traders,” he said.

“When there is a crisis in the country, this city is at the forefront and by stopping our hand. If the Prime Minister himself is against strict lockdown, then why are he making such decisions of lockdown and closing down of markets,” trade union leader asked.
