Condemned prisoner tortured in Larkana jail

A condemned prisoner had to suffer a severe beating before he is sent to the gallows, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Prisoner Khalid Mengal who was awarded a death sentence in a murder case was beaten black and blue by the Larkana Jail administration which also used a sharp-edged weapon to injure him severely.

Later, the prisoner was shifted to Chandika Medical College for medical treatment
