Child loses life in wedding aerial firing in Nankana Sahab; groom arrested

A wedding celebration turned into a tragedy in Nankana Sahib when 12-year-old child Ali lost his life due to aerial firing, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to Nankana Sahab police, the incident took place in the village of Thatta Nolan, where a wedding ceremony of a young man named Mujahid was underway.
The Nankana Sahab police spokesperson told the media that aerial firing during the celebration resulted in the boy's death on the spot.
The spokesperson said police have arrested the groom along with two other suspects, while raids are ongoing to arrest a fourth accused.
DPO Nankana Sahib Syed Nadeem Abbas has taken serious notice of the incident and assured that the culprits will be brought to justice as per law.
