Groom robbed of 'salami cash' during wedding in Narowal

Dacoits did not even spare the groom and snatched Rs1,63,000 from him in Narowal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The amount was generated as “salami” by his friends and relatives.
CCTV footage of the snatching also surfaced on social media, which clearly showed that two robbers snatched the purse of the groom, taking advantage of the rush.
Later the groom filed an application in City Police Station about the incident.
Narowal police started a search for the robbers with the help of CCTV footage.
Police are optimistic that they will soon apprehend the culprits soon.
