Sindh irrigation dept in limbo as secy goes on long leave

Another administrative post of the Sindh government has become vacant after Sindh Irrigation Secretary Rafique Ahmed Bardo has gone on a long leave, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
Rafique Ahmed Buriro went on a one-month leave for personal reasons, the TV channel reported.
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah sanctioned the leave application, and now after the leave of Rafique Ahmed Buriro came into effect, the post of Secretary Irrigation has become vacant.
Rafique Ahmed Buriro was posted on April 22, 2020 as Secretary Irrigation while a new secretary could not yet be appointed in the irrigation department.
The TV channel reported that the Sindh government has been considering a name between Khalid Haider Shah and Saeed Ahmed Mangnijo for the post of Secretary Irrigation in the province.
