Govt medicines recovered from private godown in Peshawar

A huge quantity of government medicines has been confiscated from a private godown in Peshawar, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Tuesday.

Backed by police, the district admin conducted a raid in an interior area of the KP capital and recovered the 'Not For Sale' medicines in a big quantity. 

The raiding team also arrested a man, identified as Ahmad from Mardan, who disclosed some other people involved in hoarding government medicines.

Assistant Commissioner Asghar Khan and Drug Inspector Safiullah and local police were among the raiding team.
