300 posts of principals of BS-20 lying vacant in Punjab

As many as 300 posts of principals of secondary schools of BS-20 are currently lying vacant in the Punjab province, including Lahore, reported 24HD News Channel on Monday.
Sources said that due to the carelessness of the Directorate of Public Instructions (DPIs), hundreds of teachers are serving without getting due promotion.
Sources further revealed that promotion cases of all those teachers who are working in BS-19 are still pending.
These teachers were already assigned the additional charge of principal in BS-19.
These teachers demanded that the Directorate of Public Instructions (Secondary Education) summon all working papers and grant them their deserved promotions on a priority basis.
