Two miscellaneous petitions have been filed in the court of Special Judge Central FIA Islamabad on behalf of PTI founder Imran Khan, seeking weekly interaction with his children and regular medical check-ups.
The 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Monday that the petitions were filed through Imran Khan's legal counsels, Zaheer Abbas and Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry.
The plea requested the court to direct authorities to allow Imran Khan to speak with his children on a weekly basis, citing that jail officials have failed to comply with previous court orders.
The second petition, related to regular medical check-ups, includes the names of Dr Muhammad Asim Yousaf, Dr Faisal Sultan, and Dr Samina Niazi, stating that the PTI founder has not been provided adequate medical evaluations.
Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry appeared in court on behalf of Imran Khan.
Due to the unavailability of Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, the hearing on both petitions has been adjourned till April 14.
