CM Maryam visits Services hospital to review health facilities

Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz visited Services Hospital on Tuesday to review health facilities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
During her visit, she inspected various wards of the emergency department. During her visit, CM Maryam interacted with patients and inquired about the treatment and medical facilities being provided to the patients.
On the occasion, several patients shared their complaints with the Chief Minister, who assured them of immediate resolution.
Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz expressed satisfaction with the hospital’s performance. She said the overall condition of public hospitals has improved significantly after her visits to Jinnah and Mayo Hospitals.
“I am happy with the work and services of Services Hospital," said the Chief Minister. She added that the government will continue its efforts to improve hospitals in the province.
Talking to media, CM said, “she was leaving Services Hospital happily as no one told her that medicines were being brought from outside and patients don't have to wait”.
Maryam Nawaz said, “announcements were being made in hospitals that the government is providing free medicines, if someone takes money from you, you will not give it”.
CM Maryam said, “it was the responsibility of the Chief Minister to check the hospitals for the people. If the Chief Minister does not work, then how will the people under her will work”.
Maryam Nawaz said it is the Chief Minister's job to go to the field and assess the situation, she cannot sit on a chair in the office.
