Specialized Healthcare Minister visits Mayo Hospital Lahore to review facilities

Punjab Minister for Specialized Healthcare, Khawaja Salman Rafique visited Mayo Hospital Lahore to review medical facilities to the patients in general wards and OPD, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
During the visit, the minister inspected various departments, including the Complaints Counter, Pediatrics, Oncology, CCTV Room, Medical Store, Neurosciences, Blood Bank and Cardiology.
On the occasion, Vice-Chancellor King Edward Medical University, Professor Mahmood Ayaz, CEO Professor Haroon Hamid, MS Dr. Aehtisham-ul-Haq and other officials were also present. The minister instructed the hospital administration to ensure cleanliness in the hospital.
Kh Salman Rafique also chaired meeting at Mayo Hospital. He directed MS officials to facilitate patients and display medicine lists and duty rosters prominently. The minister reiterated that efforts are underway to improve the overall conditions of government hospitals.
