KP CM pledges action after tree plantation saplings uprooted

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan took notice of the 24NewsHD TV channel news report about the uprooting of trees in Khyber district.
The KP chief minister said that after due investigation strict action will be taken against those responsible. Those who obstructed the tree plantation campaign cannot be forgiven, Mahmood Khan added.

The footage of uprooting of the trees went viral and people from all walks of life condemned the act in which people can be seen deracinated trees planted as part of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Tree Plantation drive.
Prime Minister Imran Khan vowed to plant 3.5 million saplings in Sunday’s plantation drive.
