Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has launched the Margalla Trail Patrol Unit to protect the beautiful trails of Margalla Hills in Islamabad, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Thursday.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inspected the unit and met the squad. He urged the patrol personnel to do their duties diligently.
Islamabad police chief Ali Nasir briefed the interior minister about the unit. The unit consists of foot, motorcycle and horse patrols.
The interior minister also issued directives to fix the mobile signal problem. Installation of the mobile tower should be reviewed, he directed.
