Punjab governor gets green signal to dissolve assembly

Punjab Governor Balighur Rahman has received “green signal” from PML-N leadership to sign the summary for dissolution of the provincial assembly, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The governor is expected to put his signatures on the summary shortly, sources confided to the TV channel.
The development after senior PML-N leader and Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held a meeting with the governor in Lahore on Saturday.
Both the leaders discussed the Punjab Assembly dissolution issue and the overall political situation prevailing in the country.
They also analysed the issue from different legal angles.
