Lamenting that efforts were being made to install a man, who thrice remained the country’s prime minister, in the PM House for the fourth time, former foreign minister and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Sunday that the nation did not want to see him as their premier again, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a rally at Dera Murad Jamali, he said that the people would not welcome the person who failed to deliver every time he became a prime minister.
Bilawal said he wanted to give a message to the people of the province. He went on to say that the PPP would snatch its right from the PML-N in the general elections scheduled to be held on February 8, 2024 and form a popular government. "We will beat them on their turf," Bilawal said.
Bilawal said that it is the season of hunting, and lions will be hunted with arrows, not bats.

Bilawal Bhutto said the PPP wants a people-friendly, poor-friendly, farmer-friendly, labour-friendly government. “The rest of the political parties represent the elite while the Pakistan People's Party represents you,” he added.
The former foreign minister said “God willing, the Pakistan Peoples Party will win the next elections.”
Continuing his tirade against the three-time prime minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, he wondered as on what basis the PML-N was called a ‘tiger’. “What type of tiger is this who is hiding in his home,” he said, adding, “Those who remain indoors are cowards.”
The reason, he added, why Nawaz and other PML-N leaders did not dare to step outside their homes was that they knew fully well that people would not spare them.
PPP chairman said emphatically that the party had never shied away from facing its opponents in elections. “I will defeat the PML-N in Lahore, which is stated to be the party’s stronghold,” he vowed.
Bilawal said he had a message for the PPP workers (Jiyalas), and that they needed to work harder. “Now when the PTI has lost its election symbol of ‘bat’, these will be the PPP and PML-N who will be pitted against each other in the elections,” he opined.
He further said that if came to power, the PPP would work to eliminate poverty, unemployment from the country. “Education will be free during the PPP government. After becoming the prime miniter, I will also build a university in Naseerabad,” the PPP chairman announced.
Similarly, he went on to say, people would be able to avail medical facilities for free if the PPP formed its government at Center. “The amount distributed under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) will be enhanced, and women will be given interest-free loans.”
