Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has cancelled the Lahore visit on Friday and left for Karachi from Islamabad in hurry to inquire about the health of his Dadi (parental grandmother).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will not go now to Lahore due to his grandmother's illness.
The sources said Bilawal will go straight to his grandmother in Karachi, adding that he will return home after a long time by the reason of his very busy schedule in foreign affairs.
Today, Bilawal passed a busy day in Islamabad and also held a meeting with the party’s legislator Ali Haider Gilani from the South Punjab region and discussed the political situation of the province.
As per the report, former premier Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani’s son also briefed the PPP Chairman on the political situation of the southern region.
