PTI leader Maleeka Bokhari re-arrested after release from Adiala Jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) female leader Maleeka Bokhari has been arrested again from outside Adiala Jail just hours after the Islamabad High Court (IHC) approved her bail, the 24NewsHd TV channel reported on Wednesday.
She was taken into custody by the Islamabad police on May 14 under Section 3 of the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) for her alleged involvement in the May 9 violence in Islamabad. She was released on bail by the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday morning.
According to the PTI official Twitter, the lady was re-arrested by armed personnel of Islamabad police from outside Adiala Jail as soon as she stepped out of the jail. The police said that she was arrested for violating the bail conditions.
The police left for an unknown location after taking her, it added.

On Tuesday, PTI heavyweights Dr. Shireen Mazari and Senator Falak Naz Chitrali were arrested again from outside Adiala Jail despite the fact that the Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted them bail.
After putting all-male PTI leaders behind bars, the authorities arrested party’s several female leaders in connection with May 9 violent attacks.
