A man in Rajowal, a suburban area of Khudian Khas in district Kasur, set himself on fire after sprinkling petrol on him following his wife’s refusal to go with him to her in-law’s home, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.  

Ishfaq, of Waneka locality, whose body was completely burnt, was shifted to hospital in a critical condition.

Reportedly, Ishfaq had an altercation with his wife which led him to take him this extreme step.

Larkana youth succumbs to burn injuries

On the other hand, youth Yasir Hajanu, who had been set on fire by his father-in-law after he went to his in-laws’ home in Dokri, Larkana to bring back his estranged wife, died at Karachi’s private hospital.
