LHC grants bail to PTI leader Khadija Shah and others

The Lahore High Court on Wednesday approved bail application of PTI leader Khadija Shah and others in connection with May 9 vandalism cases including attacks on Jinnah House and Askari Tower, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A two-judge LHC bench comprising Justice Aliya Neelum and Justice Asjad Javed Gharal pronounced the bail verdict.
Meanwhile, the Punjab government has decided to challenge the Khadija Shah’s bail approval in the Supreme Court.
The provincial government will move an application in the apex court through the prosecutor general.
