Air traffic out of gear at Allama Iqbal airport

Hundreds of air passengers saw their travel plans disrupted after many international flights were canceled or delayed at the Allama Iqbal International Airport.  

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, four flights to and from Lahore were canceled while three were delayed due to a shortage of planes and other technical reasons. 

According to the Lahore Airport flight inquiry, the flight from Najaf to Lahore IF 341, and the flight from Lahore to Najaf IF 342 have been canceled.  Airblue’s flight PA 412 from Lahore to Sharjah and flight PA 413 from Sharjah to Lahore were also canceled.

Similarly, PIA flight PK 248 from Dammam was delayed by one hour.
