Pakistan seeks explanation from BBC on publishing fake story

Pakistan has sought an explanation from BBC Urdu for publishing a fabricated and false story, 24News HD TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
According to the report, the BBC Headquarters has confirmed that its director-general has received the complaint from Pakistan against BBC Urdu and has begun an investigation on it.
Everything in the story published on April 10, 2022, contradicted facts and journalistic principles. All the stakeholders including Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) had already rejected this story.
