A chilling discovery was made at the Lahore Railway Station when the body of a man was found hanging in the washroom of the Tezgam Express train, which had arrived from Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel Monday.
The body was discovered in the Economy Class Coach No. 13216 during routine cleaning of the coaches at the washing line.
According to railway employees, the deceased was found suspended from the ceiling of the washroom, tied with a handkerchief — a scene that, at first glance, suggests suicide.
Officials from the washing line administration promptly alerted the Railway Police, who arrived at the scene shortly after being informed. An investigation is now underway to determine the identity of the deceased and the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
