‘Mohsin Speed’ is in full swing as even severe cold has failed to dent the zeal of Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi to serve the masses, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.


Accompanied by members of his cabinet, the chief minister visited the Qurban Police Lines in Lahore late Saturday night and reviewed the progress made on the construction of apartments for the police personnel so far.


Inspector General of Police (IGP), Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar briefed the visitors on the project.


The chief minister, on the occasion, went round different portions of the apartments and directed that there should be no compromise on quality while completing the project.


Speaking on the occasion, the CM said that the best apartments were being built for the police personnel.


He said that three floors of the apartments would be completed before January 31, and handed over to the police personnel.


Safe City project nears completion in Gujranwala


On the other hand, untiring efforts being made by the chief minister have resulted in the completion of different projects of public welfare in Punjab.


Gujranwala’s Safe City project is also in its final stages as it will be inaugurated on January 31.


Under the project, over 3,000 cameras have been installed at different spots of the city.


 ‘Mohsin speed’ does wonders in Hafizabad


Just like in other parts of Punjab, work on development projects worth billions of rupees in district Hafizabad is also underway at a fast speed thanks to efforts being made by Punjab Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.


Besides the construction of three large link roads in the city, work on the construction of a two-way carriage connecting the city with the motorway, which is to be completed at the cost of Rs10 billion, and a DHQ hospital is now in the final stages.


Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad has said that there are instructions from the chief minister that these projects be completed at their earliest.
